In 2023, Saigon Children’s Charity và MSD Việt Nam have asked almost 7,000 individuals and found out that there are still potential challenges not only limiting girls’ access to education, but also preventing them from exploring their potential in school, as well as discouraging them from pursuing higher education or choosing certain career path.
A project focused on providing career orientation knowledge for girls, implemented by saigonchildren in early 2025.
The initiative includes: infographics outlining career paths for 12 fast-growing professions; video interviews with successful leaders working in these fields; and handbooks designed separately for students, parents, and teachers, offering well-rounded guidance for informed career decisions.
